Restoration: From complete removal and replacement of existing systems to spray applied retrofit roof systems.
Montross Weatherproofing Systems, Inc. completed the roof restoration of a California Historic Landmark, Rancho Buena Vista Adobe, which is owned by the city of Vista. It is a 150 year old building and a popular place for events, weddings and city functions.
The job consisted of replacement of damaged and deteriorated wood timbers, epoxy injection of some wood members and the installation of a class "B" wood shingle assembly that provided for a class "A" system. There were several roof systems in place that needed to be removed prior to work commencement. Please see photos of the finished product.
