Montross Completes Roofing Project

Montross Weatherproofing Systems, Inc. completed the roof replacement at the old Fluor Daniel project (now called Park Place) in Irvine, California. This project had use of a crane for equipment and material loading, removal of existing roof and insulation system via exterior building trash chute. The new roof system consists of an insulation base and a built-up Tremco material Roof System, under a 10-year Quality and Assurance warranty. David Montross has been project manager on the last four roof sections (roof phases) and currently provides emergency rain leak service, roof maintenance on the projects approximately half million square feet of roofing for the last seven years!

Complete Project Weatherproofing

Montross Weatherproofing Systems, Inc. completed total removal and replacement of 71,000 square foot of roofing.

Scope of Work for this project included:

**Cold Joint/Expansion Joint repairs at pool, along with resurfacing of entire pool deck.

**Concrete repairs to building walkway decks (second floor), along with resurfacing of all walkway decks with a complete Acrylic Deck Coating System.

Installation of approximately one mile of gutters and downspouts.

30,000 sq. ft. Restoration

Montross Weatherproofing Systems completed the third phase of roof restoration work in Costa Mesa, Ca. This phase encompassed over 30,000 sq. ft. of inline tenant retail space. Several scopes of work were completed at night and on weekend shifts to accommodate the retail shop owners.

Equipment Room Flooring Application

Montross Weatherproofing Systems, Inc. completed an epoxy floor coating system on a 15-story building in Huntington Beach, California. This type of flooring was installed due to its durability, low maintenance and resistance to a number of chemicals and oils. Our crews worked at night and during the weekends to accommodate the building's many tenants. Once the product is cured, there is no trace of odor, so it is extremely safe for the building tenants to return, according to Jeff Craig, Vice President. Please see attached photos.
